Sub-processors
Effective: 23 October 2026
By default, ZeroDelay is hosted by NSDBytes in India, and the companies below process data for it. Where a client has a dedicated ZeroDelay in its own cloud account, that cloud provider is the client's own vendor, named in the client's deployment record. We will update this page at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that handles client data, and clients can object during that time.

AI providers
One AI provider is chosen with each client for their project and named in their order. It receives only the message text and the list of approved questions, never answers from the client's systems. Where it offers processing in the client's region we use that; otherwise its own region is used. Clients can also run ZeroDelay with AI switched off.
