Before you start.

Do you copy our data?

No. ZeroDelay reads the figure someone asks for, sends it to them and keeps only a reference. Your records stay in your own systems.

What is MCP?

An official connection point that software vendors now provide for AI tools. Where your vendor offers one, you simply sign in with your account and choose what to allow.

Why do some systems need a call?

Desktop software such as TallyPrime runs on your own computer, so we install a small connector beside it. For systems without a public API, our team works out the safest way to connect.

How long until WhatsApp works?

Telegram and the web app work as soon as your account is set up. WhatsApp needs Meta to verify your business number, which usually takes a few days. Your bot always appears under your own business name.

Can staff change our data from chat?

Only as drafts. Orders, receipts and updates created in chat wait until someone you choose approves them.
