Connect Stripe to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks Stripe questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

What people can ask

• Payments received: “payments received today”
• Recent settlements or payouts: “last settlements”

How to connect

1. In the Stripe Dashboard, go to Developers → API keys → Create restricted key.
2. Give it Read access to Charges, Payouts and Balance, and None for everything else.
3. Copy the key (it starts with rk_).
4. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → Stripe → Set up, and paste Restricted key (read-only, starts with rk_). We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Stripe.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove Stripe. Also delete the key in Stripe if you no longer need it.
