Connect SAP Business One to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks SAP Business One questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

What people can ask

• A customer’s or supplier’s balance: “balance of Shah Traders”
• Unpaid invoices: “unpaid invoices of Shah Traders”
• Order status: “status of my order”
• Stock of an item: “stock of cement”
• Bills to pay a supplier: “bills to pay to Gujarat Cement Works”
• Price of an item: “rate of cement”

How to connect

1. SAP Business One’s Service Layer usually runs on your own server.
2. The ZeroDelay agent runs on your network and reaches it, so nothing is opened to the internet. We set it up with you on a call.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in SAP Business One.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove SAP Business One. Uninstall the agent from that computer.
