Connect Razorpay to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks Razorpay questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

What people can ask

• Payments received: “payments received today”
• Recent settlements or payouts: “last settlements”

How to connect

1. In the Razorpay Dashboard (Live mode), go to Account & Settings → API Keys → Generate Key.
2. Copy the Key ID and Key secret. ZeroDelay only reads payments and settlements with them.
3. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → Razorpay → Set up, and paste Key ID, Key secret. We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Razorpay.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove Razorpay. Also delete the key in Razorpay if you no longer need it.
