Connect PayPal to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks PayPal questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

How to connect

1. At developer.paypal.com, open Apps & Credentials in Live mode and create an app.
2. In the app’s features, make sure Transaction search is ticked.
3. Copy the client ID and secret.
4. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → PayPal → Set up, and paste REST app client ID, REST app secret. We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in PayPal.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove PayPal. Also delete the key in PayPal if you no longer need it.
