Connect Marg ERP to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks Marg ERP questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

What people can ask

• A customer’s or supplier’s balance: “balance of Shah Traders”
• Stock of an item: “stock of cement”

How to connect

1. Marg has no public API, so the ZeroDelay agent reads Marg’s report exports on your computer.
2. We set up the exports and the agent with you on a short call.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Marg ERP.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove Marg ERP. Uninstall the agent from that computer.
