Connect Jira to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks Jira questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

How to connect

1. Create an API token at id.atlassian.com → Security → API tokens.
2. Enter your Jira site (e.g. acme.atlassian.net) and the email of the Atlassian account that made the token.
3. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → Jira → Set up, and paste Jira site, Atlassian account email, API token. We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Jira.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove Jira. Also delete the key in Jira if you no longer need it.
