Connect HubSpot to ZeroDelay
Once connected, your team asks HubSpot questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.
What people can ask
- Open deals with a customer: “open deals with Shah Traders”
- Follow-ups and tasks due: “follow-ups due today”
- New leads or contacts: “new leads this week”
How to connect
- In HubSpot, go to Development → Legacy apps, click Create legacy app and choose Private.
- Name it “ZeroDelay”. On the Scopes tab add these read scopes: crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.tasks.read, crm.objects.owners.read.
- Create the app, open its Auth tab, click Show token and copy it.
- In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → HubSpot → Set up, and paste Private app access token (read-only scopes, starts with pat-). We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.
What ZeroDelay reads
Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in HubSpot.
Disconnect
In the console, open Connections and remove HubSpot. Also delete the key in HubSpot if you no longer need it.
