Connect Google Sheets to ZeroDelay
Once connected, your team asks Google Sheets questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.
What people can ask
Whatever your mapped tabs hold: a customer’s balance (“balance of Shah Traders”) or an item’s stock (“stock of cement”).
How to connect
- In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → Google Sheets and enter the spreadsheet you want to use.
- Click Sign in with Google and approve read access on Google’s own screen.
- Map your tabs: which tab lists customers (name, balance) and which lists items (name, stock on hand, and optionally unit and location). Map at least one.
- People can then ask balances and stock from that sheet.
What ZeroDelay reads
Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Google Sheets.
Disconnect
In the console, open Connections and remove Google Sheets. You can also remove ZeroDelay from the connected apps in your Google account.
