Connect ClickUp to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks ClickUp questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

How to connect

1. In ClickUp, click your avatar → Settings → Apps.
2. Under API Token, click Generate and copy it (it starts with pk_).
3. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → ClickUp → Set up, and paste Personal API token (starts with pk_). We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in ClickUp.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove ClickUp. Also delete the key in ClickUp if you no longer need it.
