Connect Asana to ZeroDelay

Once connected, your team asks Asana questions on WhatsApp, Telegram or the web app, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, and gets the answer in seconds. Everyone sees only the accounts you assign to them.

How to connect

1. Open the Asana developer console (app.asana.com/0/my-apps) and click Create new token.
2. Copy the token.
3. In your ZeroDelay console, open Connections → Asana → Set up, and paste Personal access token. We test it before saving; keys are stored encrypted.

What ZeroDelay reads

Only what someone asks for, when they ask. We send the answer and keep a reference, not a copy of your records; customer and item names are cached for up to a day so names can be matched. The connection is read-only: nothing is changed in Asana.

Disconnect

In the console, open Connections and remove Asana. Also delete the key in Asana if you no longer need it.
